Bomb Threat Forces Evacuation of Minnesota Grocery Store
West St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News)- A bomb threat prompted the evacuation of a Minnesota grocery store Thursday evening.

The building was quickly evacuated and closed to the public. Law enforcement responded with bomb-detecting dogs to sniff for an explosive device.
Authorities searched the store and neighboring businesses in a stripmall and did not find an explosive device or anything suspicious. The bomb threat was reported around 5:40 p.m. at a Cub Foods store on Robert St. in West St. Paul.
The West St. Paul Police Department says the Minneapolis Police Department and Dakota County Sheriff’s Office provided the bomb-sniffing K-9s.
Authorities say there is not a threat to the public.
Officials thanked the assisting agencies and the public for allowing law enforcement space to search the property.
No arrests have been announced. Police are not releasing any additional information at this time.
