Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department is asking for the public’s help with locating a missing man.

A Missing Person Alert issued by the department on Wednesday afternoon indicates he has not been heard from in nearly two weeks. 

Police have also released description of a vehicle he is possibly using.

45-Year-Old Jquan Gant Reported Missing in Rochester, Police Asking for Public's Help

Authorities have identified the missing man as 45-year-old Jquan Gant. His family and friends have told law enforcement that they have not heard from him since May 21. 

Gant was believed to have been in the 1200 block of 2nd St. SW in Rochester on May 29. 

The alert also says he may be using a black Nissan Altima. 

Description and Reporting Information

Police are describing Gant as 6’3” tall, 285 pounds with brown eyes. 

Anyone with information regarding Gant’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or to contact the Rochester Police Department at (507) 328-6800.
