Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Areas of fog were being reported across southeast Minnesota Tuesday morning.

The fog developed as temperatures stayed above freezing and light rain fell after midnight. Visibility at the Rochester airport was reported at a quarter-mile at 7:00 AM.

There were also reports of light snow in some areas and that left several roads partially covered with slush.
