A blast of very cold air will move across southeast Minnesota Wednesday and this could affect the afternoon and evening commute due to an expected combination of snow and strong winds.
The winter storm that hit southeast Minnesota Friday produced snow that was on the lighter side of forecasts, although it was enough to break a 75-year-old record in Rochester.
