Rochester Police announced the arrests of two of the shooting suspects on Friday. The men are accused of exchanging gunfire in the parking lot of the Quarters Apartments at 842 21st Ave. Southeast during a Halloween party near the RCTC campus on the night of October 27.

One of the bullets fired during the shooting entered a vehicle and hit a 20-year-old woman near her eye. Rochester Police Captain Casey Moilanen had previously described the wound as non-life-threatening.
