Body Found Along Twin Cities Freeway ID’D as Missing Minnesota Man
St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News)- A body found earlier this week along a freeway in the Twin Cities has been identified as a Minnesota man who was recently reported missing.
On Tuesday St. Paul Police reported discovering a man’s body on I-35 E north of downtown St. Paul.
The body was sent to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office for identification and determination of cause of death.
The medical examiner identified the body Thursday afternoon as 53-year-old Eric McCloud of St. Paul. He was the subject of a statewide missing person alert issued by the Minnesota BCA on October 18.

McCloud’s family told law enforcement they had their last contact with him on October 8. The medical examiner’s office did not determine a cause of death.
St. Paul Police declined to indicate whether or not foul play is suspected and say the investigation into McCloud’s death is ongoing. They’re asking anyone with information regarding his death to call investigators at 651-266-5650.
