
Rochester Police Respond to Bomb Threat at Rochester Bank, Suspect Arrested

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities responded to an apparent bomb threat at a Rochester bank on Tuesday.

Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says officers were dispatched to the report of a suspicious man carrying a shoebox and talking about a bomb being inside of the box.
Police responded to the bank in northwest Rochester around 2:30 p.m.

Homeless Man Arrested for Bomb Threat at Wells Fargo Branch in Rochester
The bomb threat came from the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at 3360 55th St. Northwest. Grayson says no explosives were located at the bank.
Police identified the man carrying the shoebox as 45-year-old Ryan Liskow. He is described in the police report as homeless.
Liskow was taken into custody on suspicion of threats of violence involving explosive/incendiary device, Grayson said.
