Earlier today, the NCAA announced that its March Madness Basketball tournaments would be played in empty arenas because of the coronavirus threat. Now, we're learning the National Basketball Association is suspending its season until further notice for the same reason.

ESPN says the decision was made after a member of the Utah Jazz tested positive for the coronavirus. The season will be suspended after the final game is played Wednesday night. According to the ESPN report:"It (the NBA) will use this hiatus to determine next steps for moving forward in regard to the coronavirus pandemic."
