Byron is Getting a Huge Indoor Community Facility Next Year
Something big is coming to Byron, MN. Literally, it's huge. The announcement was made on Facebook yesterday that construction should begin soon, and I'm really excited.
This new thing coming to Byron is going to be a massive, indoor community facility!

What does that entail?
The place is going to be called Next Level, and it's going to have space for all sorts of uses inside. It's going to be a whopping 19,500 sqft with:
two full basketball courts
two basketball shooting cages
an escape room (from The Escape Challenge)
indoor playground
space for parties and events

Who is Building the Community Facility in Byron?
Next Level is owned by the same people who own The Escape Challenge, one of the escape rooms in Rochester (hence, the reason why they will have an escape room in Next Level).
Nathan Schroeder is one of the people behind all of this, and he shared the exciting news on Facebook that they have the land and plan to begin construction on Next Level at the end of October!
Based on the photo he shared of where the facility will be, it looks like it's going right next to Fareway.
Their goal is to open in the spring of 2026. I'm definitely looking forward to checking this place out once they open!
