Can A Dog Be On Your Lap When Driving?

That was one of the questions directed at Rochester Police Chief Roger Peterson this morning during his visit with Rich Peterson and Kim David on KROC AM.  

We also answered the age-old question:  Can you turn left on red when you're on a one-way, going to another one-way.  "Yes!" according to the Chief.  Another caller was irked about a lady leaving her kid in the car with the car running and parked in the fire lane so she could pick up her prescription.  He told her she was breaking the law and she flipped him off!
