Charter TV, Trains and Taxes On RGM

City Councilman Mark Bilderback sat in with Rich Peterson and Kim David this morning on Rochester's Good Morning.

The council held a special session last night to discuss the Charter contract, the property tax levy and community block grants.

One caller was concerned about the lack of a railroad bypass as the trains coming through town, on occasion do carry potentially dangerous chemicals...
