Close Call For Minnesota State Trooper

A freeway traffic camera in Duluth captured video of a close call for a Minnesota State Trooper.

The State Patrol says a man distracted by his cell phone came close to slamming into the back of the trooper's cruiser at highway speed.  A crash with that much force would likely result in severe injuries...or deaths.

The State Patrol hopes the video will help more motorists avoid distractions and pay more attention to the task at hand...driving their vehicle.
