Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says officers responded to the collision around 3:10 p.m. Two vehicles were involved.
The crash occurred at the intersection of West Circle Dr. and 41st St./Badger Hills Dr. Northwest.
The crash investigation indicates a vehicle heading north on West Circle Dr. was attempting a left turn onto Badger Hills Dr. when it collided with an oncoming southbound vehicle in the intersection.
Both of the drivers and a passenger in the vehicle attempting the left turn were transported from the crash scene by ambulance. Grayson says their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
The vehicle attempting the left turn had a yellow flashing arrow. Grayson said no citations were issued.
Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the crash scene. The names of the drivers and the passenger will not be released.
Monday afternoon’s crash comes less than two weeks after two vehicles collided at the same intersection.
The April 24 collision left one of the drivers with life-threatening injuries. One of the vehicles involved in that crash struck a utility pole.
