Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce is offering a free program for businesses and individuals affected by the coronavirus crisis.

The chamber’s ‘Stay Strong - Stay Productive - Stay Healthy’ series of webinars “ will focus on how we can care for ourselves and each other during this unprecedented time.”

The series will take place at noon so participants can virtually “do lunch” and enjoy one another’s company. The webinars will be in two parts - content provided by subject matter experts and an opportunity for questions and answers.

The first session is Thursday, April 9.

The series will launch with special guests Nancy O’Brien and Kristen Workman from RSP Architects. Nancy and Kristen will share their expertise and experience as change coaches to equip attendees with actionable steps that can be taken to care for ourselves and others, and discuss practical approaches to nurturing relationships while working from home. They will also provide insight into authentic ways to remain resilient, capable of innovation, collaboration and caring during this stressful time.

The webinar is open to the public. Registration and more information can be found at the Chamber's website.

Community Matters sponsors Bremer Bank, Mayo Clinic, Rochester Public Utilities and RSP Architects are supporting this webinar.
