Grayson says officers were dispatched to the crash in the 4800 block of West Circle Dr. Northwest near Northern Hills Golf Course.
The vehicle had left the road and rolled over before coming to rest in the ditch on the west side of the busy four-lane divided road, Grayson said.
A 27-year-old woman from Stewartville was driving the vehicle. She was taken from the scene by an ambulance for treatment of what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, according to the police report.
Her name has not been released. Grayson says the preliminary crash investigation indicates speed and alcohol were factors in the single-vehicle crash.
