Dodge Center Man Gets 30 Years for Child Sex Crimes
Dodge Center, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Dodge Center man who was previously sent to prison for convictions involving the physical abuse of children has now been handed a 30-year prison sentence for child sexual assault.
Jury Convicted Wyttenback of Multiple Sex Crimes
Dodge County court records indicate that William Patrick Wyttenback was convicted of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct charges during a trial held in March. He was sentenced on Wednesday, which was his 55th birthday.

Victim Reported Repeated Abuse Over Two Years
According to court documents, Wyttenback was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a juvenile girl beginning in July 2022, when the victim was 14 years old. The criminal complaint says the child told investigators she was assaulted about 20 times, with the last incident occurring over the Labor Day weekend in 2024.

Wyttenback was arrested in December 2024 following an investigation conducted by the Dodge County Sheriff's Office. Court documents indicate the investigation began after authorities received a report involving a past sexual assault from a social services agency serving residents of Dodge County.
Additional Child Sex Abuse Case Still Pending

Court records show that Wyttenback was given a 28-month prison sentence in May of this year for his convictions on felony terroristic threats and child abuse charges. He is currently scheduled to stand trial next February on a second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge alleging the sexual abuse of another child.
