Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)-  Police have now arrested a man accused of exposing himself in downtown Rochester two times in a span of two weeks.

That’s according to Rochester Police Department Communication Coordinator Amanda Grayson. The suspected exposer encountered police twice on Tuesday night. 

Last month police cited the arrested 24-year-old Tarius James Seas for indecent exposure in connection with two incidents.

The Rochester man was seen by officers with his pants down and touching himself in a stairwell at the at the Galleria Building on the morning of May 21.

Later that same day, officers responded to the 2nd St. Southwest parking ramp on the report of a man, later identified as Seas, urinating with his pants down while standing on top of a part of the structure that houses the elevator shaft. 

Man Arrested for Exposing Himself in Downtown Rochester Apartment Lobby

Police responded to the Fontaine Towers at 102 2nd St. Southeast on the report of a man in the lobby touching and exposing himself around 9:30 Tuesday night. 

Grayson says officers identified the man as Seas and witnessed him engaging in the behavior reported to law enforcement. He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure

Officers had also cited Seas less than hour before responding to the Fontaine Towers for exposing himself at an unspecified bus station, the police report says. 

Court records indicate Seas was convicted of indecent exposure this past March. He was charged with a gross misdemeanor indecent exposure last month and released without bail.
