Authorities say the man was touching himself when officers located him in a north stairwell of the building at 111 South Broadway Ave. He was escorted off the property and cited for indecent exposure.

Around 5 p.m. that same day, officers responded to another report of a man exposing himself. The evening report came from the 2nd Street Parking Ramp.

Officers arrived and found the same man, who was described as naked from the waist down, standing on the roof of the elevator shaft.

The criminal complaint accuses him of urinating on top of the elevator shaft before he was taken into custody.

The alleged exposure is identified in two separate criminal complaints as 24-year-old Tarius James Seas. He now has two cases in which he’s facing a gross misdemeanor indecent exposure charge.

He was released without bail. Court records indicate Seas was convicted of indecent exposure this past March. The conviction stems from a case that opened last year.
