
Man Cited for Exposing Himself in Downtown Rochester Public Space
Update: Charges: Man Exposed Himself Twice During Same Day in Downtown Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Rochester Police ticketed a man suspected of exposing himself in a downtown Rochester shopping area.

A post published on the department’s Facebook page says officers responded to the report of an exposer around 7:00 Tuesday morning.
The report came from Galleria at University Square at 111 South Broadway Ave.
Responding officers found the suspect in a public stairwell on the north side of the building.

His pants were down and he was seen touching himself, police say. Officers cited the man for indecent exposure and escorted him off the property.
He’s described as a 24-year-old man from Rochester. His name has not been released.
