That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday. The alleged burglary occurred Monday morning.
The court document says Rochester Police Officers were dispatched to the baseball stadium on the report of a suspicious person shortly before 4:30 a.m.

The stadium is not named in the complaint, however Rochester Police Captain Casey Moilanen says the alleged burglary happened at Mayo Field.

Officers entered the stadium and found a man identified as 30-year-old Brandon Daniel Engelke, who is listed in the complaint as homeless.
Engelke was seen with a backpack near a beer concession building on the north side of the stadium, the complaint says. An officer placed Engelke under arrest.
Another officer went to the concession area and smelled the odor of alcohol and found the beer taps appeared to have been used, the court document says.
Also in the concession area was a cup containing a cold liquid and cases of flavored water that were broken open and missing bottles. There was also liquid on the floor, the complaint states.
Police then searched the backpack Engelke was found with and discovered bottles of flavored water that had been filled with what appeared to be beer and seltzer, according to the court filing.
Engelke admitted to entering Mayo Field, emptying the bottles and filling them with beer claiming they would not be missed, the complaint says.
Engelke has been charged with third-degree burglary. He was released without bail on Tuesday and is due back in court next month.
