That’s according to Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson. The vandalism is believed to have occurred between May 19 and May 20.
Grayson says officers responded to the property damage report at Northern Hills Golf Course on Monday. Two of the golf course’s greens were damaged.
It appears the suspect or suspects cut up the greens by swinging a golf club and taking divots out of the putting surfaces, Grayson says.

Staff told police it would take several hours to repair the greens and that it could take up to a year for them to return to normal. So far no arrests have been made, according to the police report.
The damaged holes have not been released. A dollar estimate of the damage is not available.
