Rollingstone, MN (KROC-AM News) - There was a drive-by shooting over the weekend in a small southeastern Minnesota community.

The Winona County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the 100 block of Main Street in Rollingstone around 11:30 PM Saturday after receiving a report that a house had been shot at by the occupants of a passing vehicle. The responding deputies discovered that two homes in that vicinity had been struck by gunfire. No injuries were reported.

The Sheriff's Office says a darker colored crossover-type SUV is being sought in connection with the investigation.

Winona County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the identification and conviction of the person or persons involved in the shooting. Anyone with information can contact the Sheriff's Office at 507-457-6368 or tips can be submitted through winonaareacrimestoppers.com.

According to the most recent US Census, the population of Rollingstone is fewer than 700 people.
