The detour routes are 19th Ave. SE to 4th St. SE and 7th St. NE to North Broadway Ave. The closure is scheduled to end on September 30.

The mini-roundabout is part of a large project that started earlier this year to reconstruct East Center St. from the Zumbro River through the road’s intersection with 11th Ave.

East Center St. Reconstruction Project

The project's plans call for reconstructing the roadway to include space for parking, bike lanes and sidewalk improvements to bring the corridor inline with Americans with Disability Act requirements, according to the project website.
