Wabasha, MN (KROC-AM News) - An Elgin man has been sentenced for his involvement in a baseball bat attack in Hammond that left a man with severe injuries.

32-year-old Elliott Glamm has been ordered to spend three years on supervised probation. Glamm was also given a 31-day jail sentence, but that was erased because he was given credit for the time he has already served in jail since his arrest following the Labor Day 2020 assault.

He earlier entered guilty pleas to two counts of third-degree assault in the case. Two counts of first-degree attempted murder were dismissed through the plea agreement in March.

The criminal complaint against Glamm and three other people says two men were injured in the attack and one of them ended up with a broken jaw and cheekbone, a fractured eye socket, skull fractures, and a variety of bruises. The other man suffered injuries caused by a bat with nails pounded into it that left him with puncture marks on his head, torso, and buttocks.

The three other defendants in the case are, 52-year-old Daniel Luhmann of Hammond, 36-year-old Stephanie Larson of Millville, and 41-year-old Joshua Larson of Millville. The Larsons both face attempted murder charges, while Luhmann is facing first and second-degree assault charges.
