Former Middle School Principal Pleads Guilty in Stalking Case
Hastings, MN (KROC-AM News) - A former Twin Cities middle school principal has entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors in Dakota County to settle charges stemming from 5 separate cases that occurred over a 5-year period.
According to a news release, 51-year-old of Apple Valley has admitted to felony burglary charges, a felony count of identity theft, and two gross misdemeanor stalking charges. The former Lakeville Middle School Principal was accused of illegally accessing personal and sensitive information about school employees and others that in some cases included credit card information. Endicott was also charged with stalking an investigator working on his case and breaking into a neighbor's home.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 17th.
