
Registration Now Open For Rochester’s Honor Bound Veterans 5k Fun Run
No veteran should feel alone.
The Land of 10,000 Lakes is home to over 300,000 veterans. In the heart of Southeast Minnesota, it is reported that about 25,000 are calling this area home.
This June, you can help reduce veteran isolation and prevent suicide by showing up for a fun run in Rochester.
Everything You Need To Know About Honor Bound Veterans 5k Fun Run in Rochester, Minnesota
Connection - community - purpose.
The community is invited to come together in support of local veterans at the annual Honor Bound Veterans 5k Fun Run. Whether you decide to run, walk, or just show up to support, below is everything you need to know about this great event.
DATE: Saturday, June 20th, 2026
LOCATION: Cascade Lake Park, (Zumbro West Park), 88 23rd Ave SW, Rochester, MN 55902
SCHEDULE:
8:30 am - arrival, check-in, and packet pickup
9:30 am - Opening ceremony
10:00 am - Fun Run starts
- Immediately After The Fun Run - Closing ceremony & lunch. Following the closing ceremony, stay and listen to JT & The Gun Slingers
REGISTRATION:
- $35 per participant
- 5K run/walk (all fitness levels welcome)
- Register by June 1st for a guaranteed t-shirt.
- Pre-run refreshments, lunch, and live music after the race are included

Proceeds from this event support Honor Bound Veterans’ ongoing efforts to combat veteran isolation and suicide by building a strong, connected community through consistent events and engagement.
