From the massive 100-Mile Garage Sale along the Mississippi River to the local hidden gems tucked away in our neighborhood cul-de-sacs, there is no shortage of deals to be found. Below you'll find information on city-wide garage sales happening in communities all around Southeast Minnesota this month.

The 100-Mile Garage Sale is iconic, but it is far from the only chance to score a deal this spring and summer. There are at least four communities in Southeast Minnesota that are hosting city-wide sales this month.

These events are great because instead of burning a half-tank of gas driving across town for one or two random stops, you can find numerous sales in one concentrated area.

The Most Popular Things Sold at Minnesota Garage Sales

If you're searching for specific items, you should shop on opening day or arrive as early as possible before things are picked over. The most popular items include clothing, toys, baby equipment, lawn tools, furniture, sporting and camping gear, household items, small appliances, books, and DVDs.

May 2026 City-Wide Garage Sales Across Southeast Minnesota
