The Jimmy John’s Sandwich business is the among the latest to have the misfortune of having to deal with a data security breach.

The company discovered the breach in July and brought in cyber security experts who determined a hacker stole information from 216 Jimmy John’s locations between June 16th and September 5th. Company officials say it appears credit and debit card data was compromised.

The Jimmy John’s stores in Rochester are not on the list of the affected locations, but a dozen other Minnesota restaurants are listed. 10 of the locations are in the Twin Cities, and the other two are in Detroit Lakes and Willmar.
