Winona, MN (KROC AM News) -  A La Crosse teenager was killed over the weekend after the driver of the vehicle she was riding in dozed off and crashed in Winona County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 15-year-old Gao Jer Vang was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled. She was then struck by another vehicle and killed.

The vehicle Vang was in was driven by a 16-year-old. He suffered non-life threatening injuries, as did two other teenage passengers.

The wreck happened late Saturday night on I-90.
