Lanesboro Man Killed in MC Wreck

There was a deadly motorcycle accident in Fillmore County yesterday.

The State Patrol says it happened around 4 p.m. on County Road 8 near Lanesboro.

The Patrol says 61 year old Robert Petrillo of Lanesboro was driving his motorcycle east on the road when an approaching pickup truck turned in front of him and the two collided. Petrillo died at the scene.

The driver of the truck is from Illinois.
