Man With History of Indecent Exposure Convictions Moving to Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Rochester Police have issued a community notification regarding a predatory offender who has relocated to Rochester.
The fact sheet regarding 65-year-old Dale William Hodge classifies him as a predatory offender. He was discharged from the Minnesota State Sex Offender Program in September 2021.
The notification says Hodge will begin living at a residence in the 4000 block of 5th St. Northwest on Tuesday, August 8. Hodge has what is described as an extensive history of indecent exposure and pleasuring himself in public.
Court records indicate Hodge has a lengthy history of sex-related crime. Hodge was convicted of indecent exposure seven times from 1991 to 2007 in Olmsted, Goodhue and Dakota Counties.
He was also convicted of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2005 in Dakota County.
