Get ready for the ultimate cheat day. Minnesota's Food Truck Festival is hitting the road this year. The family-friendly event has expanded to include 50 food trucks and will stop in three Minnesota cities this summer.

While you enjoy food and drinks from different local vendors, you can also have fun with activities like axe throwing and riding a mechanical bull. There are also retail vendors selling everything from handmade jewelry to airbrush tattoos. This festival has everything you need for a fun day with friends or family.

All 37 Minnesota Restaurants that Have Been Featured on the Food Network

Many Minnesota restaurants have been featured on the Food Network over the years. Some have closed now, but I checked out the Food Networks website, the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives website, and TVFoodMaps.com to find all of the Minnesota restaurants that have been featured on their channel in the past and found these 37 (in no particular order) that are still open.
