
(UPDATE) Missing Rochester Woman Found Deceased
(UPDATE) - The Rochester Police Department issued a statement this afternoon expressing deep regret that a Rochester woman reported missing this morning has been found deceased. The statement indicates her body was located in Cascade Creek near 45th Avenue Southwest, which is in the same vicinity where 60-year-old Susan Ryberg was last seen. A preliminary investigation found no evidence of suspicious activity. Rochester police also thanked the Minnesota State Patrol for their assistance in the search.

A missing person alert issued by the police department says she was last seen on Friday morning.
Police say she left her home in the 4500 block of Meadow Lakes Dr. NW in Rochester. Authorities say there is concern for her welfare.

60-Year-Old Rochester Woman Reported Missing, Last Seen Near Rochester Country Club
Police identified the missing woman as 60-year-old Susan Ryberg.
Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says Ryberg was last spotted on 45th Ave. SW south of Country Club Rd.
She was walking barefoot and wearing pajamas. Ryberg is described as 5’5” tall with a thin build, short hair and blue eyes.
A statewide missing person alert issued on behalf of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal of Apprehension says "she likely does not have any personal belongings with her, and was wearing a pink and white two piece pajama set with no shoes."
Anyone with information about Susan’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Rochester Police Department at (507) 328-6800 or call 911.
