
One Person Killed in House Fire in Eden Prairie

Eden Prairie, MN (KROC-AM News) - Investigators from the State Fire Marshal's Office are looking for the cause of a deadly fire in a Twin Cities suburb yesterday.
The Eden Prairie Police Department says police officers and the Eden Prairie Fire Department responded to reports of a garage fire around 4 PM on Friday. A news release indicates the attached home was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene.
The firefighters were also notified that an occupant of the residence was missing. Erson was missing and the responders "located a deceased adult inside the house."
Photos from the scene show the home was heavily damaged by the blaze. Eden Prairie Police say the flames and smoke also caused some minor damage to the two neighboring houses.
The name of the victim has not been released.
