Oxbow Park is partially open

The Oxbow Park Zoo has reopened.

Water levels have dropped to the point that visitors can access Oxbow Park from the north, while the south entrance from Olmsted County Road 105 remains closed because of flooding.

The Olmsted County Parks Department says the zoo is open, but the campgrounds will remain closed until further notice.

To use the north entrance, turn north onto County Road 103 from County Road 4 and follow 103 until it intersects with County Road 105.  Turn left onto 105 and follow it into the north side of Oxbow Park.
