(UPDATED) Statewide Missing Person Alert Issued for Faribault Man

(UPDATE) The Faribault Police Department has canceled the alert for Ryan Featherly. Officials say he has been located and is safe.

Faribault, MN (KROC-AM News)- A statewide missing person alert has been issued for a Faribault man.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) issued the alert Wednesday on behalf of the Faribault Police Department.

The alert identified the missing man as 33-year-old Ryan Featherly.

Missing Person Alert Issued for 33-Year-Old Man Last Seen Leaving Faribault Restaurant

Featherly was last seen on Tuesday leaving Joe's Sport Cafe at 1510 7th St NW in Faribault.

Authorities say there is concern for his welfare because he does not have needed medication with him. His destination is currently not known.

Featherly is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 146 pounds and is bald. A description of the clothing he was wearing when he was last sighted is not available.
