Hunting season is here, and the firearm deer opener is just weeks away. Authorities are asking hunters to be on the lookout for any clues in the missing person case of Peter Martin.
Fon Du Lac Band of Lake Chipewaa Tribal Member Peter Michael Martin went missing on March 8, 2024. He was last seen in the Brookston area on the Fond du Lac Reservation. Authorities say this area and the surrounding region are of particular interest.
Hunters who traverse the woods often go off the beaten path and may notice something that could help solve the case, like clothing, remains, or suspicious items.

A reward worth up to $15,000 is being offered for credible information related to Peter Martin's disappearance.
