Hayfield Man Taken to Hospital After Crashing into Tree in Near Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Hayfield man was brought to a hospital after crashing into a tree along a Rochester-area highway.

He was not buckled up, the state crash report says. The State Patrol responded to the single-vehicle crash involving a pick-up shortly after 930 Tuesday morning.
The pick-up was heading west on Hwy. 63/75th St. when it went off the road, entered the ditch and hit a tree at the two-lane highway’s intersection with West River Rd.
43-year-old Ryan Blaine Severson was identified as the driver. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment of what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Alcohol was not involved in the single vehicle crash.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester Fire Department, Mayo Clinic Ambulance and MnDOT also responded to the collision.
