The complaint says the child told investigators that Francisco would be intoxicated and touched her while she was watching TV. It states her mother threw him out of the home after one of the incidents but later allowed him back into the residence after he had stopped drinking. The charges say the girl was sexually assaulted after Francisco was readmitted to the home.
