Back in late April, Rochester police reported arresting Abdullahi after he was allegedly caught with a loaded handgun and 100 fentanyl pills. At the time, the Rochester man was wanted on an arrest warrant connected to a 2022 criminal case that included felony charges of illegal possession of a firearm and terroristic threats.
