42-year-old Pierre Anthony Travnti Stanifer is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The complaint says the victim told Rochester police she and Stanifer, who was a family friend, began a sexual relationship when she was 14 years old in 2020.
She said Stanifer, who was 39 at the time of the alleged relationship, would pick her up at a Rochester park and the two would go to his southeast Rochester home and have sex, according to the complaint.
She said their sexual relationship ended in the Summer of 2022 and that she didn’t want to have sex with Stanifer during their final encounter, according to the court document.

In February of 2022, the victim, who was 15 at the time, gave birth to a child, the complaint says. She said Stanifer was the father.
The charges say a DNA test determined Stanifer is the child’s father. Stanifer denied having sex with the victim, the complaint says.
Stanifer made his first appearance in Olmsted County Court on Thursday. He was released without bail and is due back in court in July.
