Rochester Man Sent to Prison for Assault on Ex

A Rochester man has been sentenced to 27-months in prison for an attack on his ex-girlfriend.

24-year-old Richard Eaton earlier pleaded guilty to a felony domestic assault charge. He was accused of breaking into the victim’s home with his new girlfriend in October 2013 and assaulting the former girlfriend.

The new girlfriend, 28-year-old Maja Jokic, pleaded guilty in the case last month and is scheduled to be sentenced in February.
