Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester juvenile who is accused of two earlier incidents involving replica or BB guns was at it again Wednesday.

A police spokesman says he threatened some other juveniles who were playing football at Elton Hills School around 6:30 PM. The spokesman says the juveniles told officers “they were scared” and that the gun looked real. After making some threatening comments, the 15-year-old left. Officers located him a short while later and took him into custody.

The other incidents occurred in April and June.
