
Rochester Police Community Notification on Sexual Predator
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has issued a community notification concerning a high-risk sex offender.
The notification indicates 42-year-old William Burton-James Solbrig recently registered his address as homeless in Rochester. Solbrig was classified as a Level 3 predatory offender after he was accused of engaging in sexual contact with a female child.

A news release issued by the police department indicates the sexual abuse occurred on the victim and Solbrig were attending the same church and that he used her confusion and naïveté in an effort to maintain control.

Solbrig is described as white, 5' 7", 133 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
