Rochester Woman Tells Police She Was Drugged and Then Raped
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man has been accused of drugging a woman and then having sex with her while being videotaped.
Rochester police investigators say the incident happened in August when 49-year-old Tracy Brooks took the woman to a hotel room.
The woman says there were two other men and a woman in the room when Brooks gave her something to drink. The woman says she suddenly became dizzy and sick and Brooks took her into the bathroom and made her sniff a powdery substance. The woman says she became unable to move and that’s when Brooks sexually assaulted her. The woman says the next thing she knew was waking up naked on a bed in the room.
Brooks has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct. He was arraigned Thursday and his bail was set at $100,000.
