RPD investigating another suspected fatal heroin OD

It appears there has been another heroin-related death in Rochester.

Police were contacted around 1:15 this morning by the roommate of a man who was found dead in the bathroom of their residence. The name of the man - believed to be in his 30’s - has not been released yet. A police spokesman says it’s suspected the death was a heroin overdose. The spokesman also says the man had a history of drug use. An autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death.
