Sandra Means hurt in fall

Rochester City Councilmember Sandra Means is recovering after taking a hard fall Monday afternoon while going to a meeting at City Hall. Means slipped while entering the building and hit her head. She was taken by ambulance to the St. Mary’s emergency room where tests showed she had suffered a concussion. Doctors also found a micro fracture below one of her eyes. Her husband says she is resting and expects to be on her feet soon. The next Council meeting is two weeks away.
