Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department says a woman who was reported missing earlier this month has been found and is safe.

On February 18, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issued a statewide endangered missing person alert for 53-year-old Sanita "Faith" Asberry.

Authorities said she was last seen on December 20 along U.S. Highway 52 in Rochester

Woman Reported Missing in Rochester Located Safe in Other State

On Friday, Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson said Asberry was located safe in another state. 

Authorities did not say which state she was located in. 

Grayson thanked everyone who assisted in the search and those who shared information about the missing person case.
