School Board Submission Form

Thank you for completing this form. Next week, we will be launching a local election headquarters both online and on-air to help educate our community. This form is identical for each of you. We will not be editing your responses except for minimal typos. Please have your submissions completed by July 2.

Two important notes:

1. This form will not work in Internet Explorer (IE). If you are using IE, please respond to the email and we can email the questions.
2. The form will time out after some time, so we recommend saving your answers in another document and then copying them in when you're ready to submit.

Update: a previous version of this form asked you to limit your response to the "why vote for you" question to 350 characters. If you would like to resubmit a longer answer, you are welcome to do so at any point prior to election day.
