Grayson says the reports came from an area near the Valleyhigh Dr. entrance to the Douglas Trail in northwest Rochester.
The first victim told police she was about to start a bike ride when a man on a bike, described as a person in his late teens, asked if he could touch her.

The woman reported telling the man no and starting her bike ride. She told officers the suspect followed her and grabbed her buttock.
The second victim reported she was running when the same male rode up behind her and slapped her buttocks twice.
Grayson says officers searched the area but could not find the suspect. A description of the teenage man was not listed in the police report.
